AMOS Environmental Research Team and Ames Public Library will host a lecture about “Addressing Global Climate Change” on Monday, Sept 20 at 7 PM at the library.  This topic explores how climate change is affecting people around the world. Guest lecturer Dr. Gene Takle will emphasize minimizing negative consequences to society that are emerging because of climate change. The lecture is free and open to the public.
This lecture will begin a fall series of events about sustainability.
